edit: The sleeves are normally cuffed, they reach about 5 cm (that's 2 inches?) from my wrist if I wear it like that. When I uncuff it it reaches to where my thumb starts. The blazer is black with 1 button, on the inside of the sleeves are thin white and dark grey stripes (vertical).
