All of the bags are cute - but you\'re very petite and I think the size of the bags overwhelms you. I would go with something smaller.

I would go with the black leather bag, but the bag does not look proportionate to you or your outfit. A clutch or wristlet would look more classy.

The jacket, while gorgeous, looks a bit big, and is therefore not that flattering. Why not replace it with a colourful cardigan, maybe navy or red? as far as bags go, they are all way too big, and not that fun. However, i voted for #2, as the neutral should compliment whatever colour cardigan you choose without being overwhelming.
