i would avoid a necklace since there is already detail at the neckline of the shirt. maybe some simple, dressy earrings or a bold bracelet

Nude shoes if you want to be safe - pop of color (like a berry or maroon) if you want to be daring... I like the necklace just add a matching bracelet.
