The yellow shorts don't work with the white jacket. The colors are too close and seem to clash.

If your jacket was a bit more shiny it would've matched perfectly, but I like it. But yeah, a bit darker shorts would look better. The silver in your necklace is awesome with your shirt AND jacket. You've thought about the colors very well. Keep going.
