Shorts are okay, but change the shirt. Cotton button up, polo or fitted T shirt would all work. Also be sure to iron.

i would lose the jacket shirt thingy. Maybe go with a plaid shirt or a dark t-shirt. The plaid will still look good especially at a race.

I don\'t think the dishevelled denim shirt goes well with the dressier white cotton shorts. I\'d change one or the other...

Skip the jean shirt. I agree a polo would look nice. or even a modern graphic t-shirt. If you like the button up then go for a stripe or other pattern and keep the sleeves rolled. I agree that you must iron. Shorts a little longer would look nice...maybe to the top of the knee.

I always like the vintage look, but that shirt looks a little too vintage. Denim shirs work, but I am not feeling that one. I love the sorts though

if you\'re gonna wear white shorts, do not wear the denim jacket. i would wear like a soft pastel polo shirt with these shorts.
