I love the second one - that skirt and top combination is so flattering - makes your waist look tiny!! I don\'t know if the jacket is quite right though... Keep the tights - it\'s too short to go bare!!

Either works well. #1 can stand alone without accessories. #2 needs a wide belt with some sparkles or a more distinctive jacket or both. Otherwise, it looks too neutral.

Yes, tights are definately needed! Its the middle of winter here, I think it\'d be a great outfit in summer where i don\'t have to wear the tights :)
