I think this is very cute. Would work best at an outdoors event. A bit too cutesy for a formal indoor event.

Its cute for a young kid, i agree. I think its fine for your skin tone i just think the length is not right for your height. you have to be a certain height to wear those knee length dresses.. maybe if it was just a little above your knee it would be better

i think red looks fantastic on dark skin! the dress itself is pretty fun but not necessarily flattering. the neckline looks a bit high. but i think you can still make it work with fun shoes, a bright purse and cute jewelry.
