The top is good.
To improve the look:
1) much less eye make-up; you look as if you\'re in a play, perhaps The Addams Family; a tad too much lipstick also. get some professional advice
2) wear a funky necklace: the black band does nothing for you. the look is so plain that you can dress it up.

Try more natural-looking make-up. Ironing (instead of blow-drying) your bangs will give you a more sleek look.

i dont like how u did ur makeup,u should have put less on the eyes and a lighter shade of lipstick. i dont know about the dress i cant see it fully

if you arent going for the rockabilly look then tone down the eyes...otherwise it works, it would look good with red or leopard print heels
