Great body, badly shaped dress. Add a belt or get it tailored.

I think so...looks great. Glam it up for evening by adding a metallic clutch. I\'d also swap the necklace for a coordinating necklace and bracelet with some darker colors that \"pop\" against the dress, since this is a very monochromatic look (which I love for day).

This looks great! You could even wear ballet flats or a sandal for day time

Think this is a great day to night option. Pack some chunky, sparkly bracelets in your bag and add them to the outfit when you plan on going out at night

Cute dress. Nice shoes. Try a belt with it, which should make the dress more flattering.

The puff sleeve with the high boat neck makes for too much bulk around your face.

Is the dress slightly big on you? You have a great figure! Love the shoes!! Where did you get them!

Add a different color shoe for night.

I would totally belt that dress, maybe with a cardigan during the day.

I think you\'re too cute to wear such a shapeless dress. It can go day to night but its just a little boring. Also, different shoes. I like the idea someone suggested in getting it tailored or putting a belt on it. But it does look comfy!

its a great dress, but the look is too bright, you need something darker you make it bit more classic.

Ditch the necklace and wear a wide belt around the middle.

Nude belt and maybe a bib necklace at night?

I think if you belted this it would be super cute for night! I definitely think it can be worn as is, but cinching it at the waist would provide some nice shape to it.

I\"m not crazy about the puffy shoulders and there\'s not much of a shape to the dress.

I would wear it with dark ballet flats and maybe a belt. I don\'t like the light necklace... it looks mom-ish

I think this is perfect for day to night. Put your hair up because you have the necklace, and earrings, and puffy sleeve dailt so with the hair down it sort of covers all of that stuff up. To take it to night maybe add some lip gloss or color and add extra eyeliner.

Yes. Ditch the necklace for something more layered/flashy and add a cute feathery/floral hair piece. This dress NEEDS a bracelet or a belt.

You have a great figure, but this dress doesn\'t accentuate your small waist. Can you add a belt maybe?

initially very cute, but I think your boobs are being smushed. Let them free! the boatneck isn\'t the best neckline...i\'d try a v-neck here.

looks too frumpy, change the necklace, add a belt, maybe that will help. you\'re too cute to look frumpy

I would say as is, great for work, but in order for it to go into night attire, the accessories need to be changed... maybe some metallics or snake skins? Ted Rossi is amazing, check it out!

I would love this if it were sleeveless (which an awesome tailor could do for you). With the poofy sleeves and sparkly necklace, there\'s just too much going on upstairs. Assuming you\'re not going for major surgery here, try switching the necklace for a darker colored belt? Would add balance and define your waist a bit more.

i love it except for the necklace. i think statement earrings would be better.

I most def think this looks GREAT on you! And agree that with some spiced up accessories and maybe a diff pair of pumps you can easily take it to night.

it can definitely go into night, but you\'ll need the right belt and different shoes. Strappier shoes, metallic, and the right belt to cinch your itty bitty waist in. . .Longer earrings too, with your hair pulled back-with all the fabric of the dress and then your hair on top, it needs to be broken up a bit. . .

it can go day to night, but it just looks so square, add a belt, not a skinny one though.and I do not think that necklace looks good. its too long.

With a belt it can go from day to night and give you a figure. Try a skinny bet in patent leather in a nude the color of your shoes and it will be super cute.

For night I would add a belt and darker shoes. Also, I would not wear a necklace.

I actually think the necklace looks great -- is the dress blue or grey? hard to tell - if its grey, maybe red strappy heeled sandals to give it some oomph. I have a friend who just bought a beautiful pair of red strappy shoes at nordstroms. start there? You look adorable!

The shoes need to do a little more since the dress is so straightline....Maybe some strappy ones.

I don\'t think this dress does much for you. It doesn\'t emphasize your shape in any way and it seems like you have a great body. Maybe change to something that would play that up.

It\'s a great dress for the day, but I just don\'t think it would transition well into a dress for the night...it just screams \"pretty receptionist.\"
