if you're the girl, the dress isn't great for an interview. Unless it's something that is a bit more of a bohemian-attired work environment.

The dress has some great colors which I think you could pull out with some different jewelry. I agree with a previous reviewer as well that a neutral shoe would work a lot better than the pink. The pink looks a little too matchy-matchy in my opinion and draw attention down away from your pretty dress.

Beautiful, fun dress, great colors. But only for an interview for a casual job like a cool store, waitress, or a job where everyone dresses very casually.

Dress is cute for a summer time dinner, i'd prob go with nude shoes instead of pink... you seem to have a great little bod, so don't be afraid to do short minis!
