Shirt- aeropostale. Skirt- american eagle. Shoes- TOMS of course :)

Outfit 1 makes you appear a lot heavier than you really are. Outfit 2 is far better, very fresh and springy.

In look 1: if you want to wear those pants try wearing a colored plain shirt up top and plain shoes because you have too much going on. For look 2: get rid of the sweater, tuck the shirt in, and add a nice long chain. :)
