With this necklace, I\'d wear a gold belt & gold shiny shoes. The blue belt shown here doesn\'t do much for me, but you definitely look very nice even as is.

I like the \"dress\", necklace is for sure a statement piece, but maybe throw a little black blazer over the dress if you are cold!

Change the heels to black and maybe have the dress taken in just a bit above the belt to accentuate your figure.
