I see the word casual and all day - and this was probably what you gravitated to with those things in mind. Granted that some work dress code is casual - the mere fact that you are still at work, does not give you an excuse not to put in the extra effort. A zip hoodie, scoop top and jeans can be comfy but it does not translate work casual. Get a nice jacket, a v-neck knit top and dress trousers with...

This is just not harmonious, not pulled together. For a work thing, however casual, I wouldn\'t do a sweatshirt or hoodie top. How about a cardigan sweater - that would be just as comfortable for sitting through lectures.

I don\'t like the shoes. A chunk black shoe will make you look shorter. Get a pointy toe or a wedge and wear jeans that touch the ground with these heals (leg loos longer) Also, I wouldn\'t recommend the flair jeans you have on. Try a straight leg jean that hits the hips and goes down. I agree with Marissa on the top. Pair this shirt with a blazer

The hoodies (i think its a hoodie) feels a little too casual. Maybe a button down?

Seems too casual for a work thing...even a casual work thing. I\'d change to a sweater or nicer shirt - I don\'t think sweatshirt material is ok for work ever.

I think it looks cute for running errands around town (beside the shoes), but too casual for work. A button down would give a more professional appearance.

I\'m not a fan of a color shirt under a white sweater. It\'s one of my main rules... Only white under white!

The zip ups are not work appropriate and very young.

like the green sweater oufit best. Definetly agree with Marissa...do not like a white sweater with a colored shirt under it.

I think the blue tank looks great under that sweater because it brings out the blue in the sweater. Great colour!

Again, a sweater or cardigan would be more appropriate. I would recommend the zip-up look for daytime on the weekends or running errands.

You shouldn\'t wear anything sweatshirt-like to a work thing. I guess that depends on what you do but in general it\'s not a professional look.

again, lose the hoodies for anything work related.

The hoodie feels more beach/surf than work. And the shoes are pretty out of date. Try a wedge with the jeans, which fit you well. Also, pulling the undershirt below the hoodie doesn\'t look great, and the added length is shortening your legs. You want to maximize their length.

Cute outfit but not for work and the shoes do not go. Also, I like the jeans a lot but think they may be better paired with some of your dressier tops and a more casual style would look better with this top combination. The shoes are making you look wider than you are. I think a pointy toe would elongate you.

Like the color coordination on the top. Better colors for you. Do not know where you work, this outfit is very casual for work. Sex up those shoes!

wait! why should i change this?
- this doesn't do you justice
- there's too much going on
- it needs something else
- it's the wrong size
- it's not right for this event
DONE!WHAT DO YOU THINK?
