New look tunic top and cotton on leggings
What level job? Depending on where you are interviewing, something a tad more formal might make you look more serious and hireable. I might wear this it the first week but not on the interview if I wanted to be taken really seriously.

Hi all! Thanks for all the comments! :) I really appreciate it and I did get rid of the leggings!:) and the company that I went for the interview check on what I wore and say that women are to wear skirt or dresses. I\'m safe! Waiting for their call!

Depending on what type of job you're interviewing for, this could actually be a tad too casual I'd go for a nice button down and some chinos or a pencil skirt.

Yea the leggings bring it down. Tights maybe would work better. Defintely some kind of a heel. Maybe a nice long boot? cute dress though!
