I like the shirt and pants! but the buttons on the pants are showing through your shirt, it looks a little awkward.

flip flops would work well. it will just make the look more casual and relaxed. the tank can be like another color maybe because it kinda clashes with the rest of the outfit..a more neutral color would work. something like grey, white, and maybe even black..
