For casual days at work. I am a professor. I get flack all the time no matter what I wear. I wish we all wore uniforms so I didn't have to think about it. Am I stuck in the 80's?

Not sure why are are being given a hard time. This is a classic men\'s look. Are the pants above your ankles or something? Haha! We can\'t see your face but maybe the flack you are getting is an attempt of some of the ladies trying to flirt with you...

you are wearing two shirts, right? Bout that, take off the blue one and undo perhaps one more button. Try a short sleeved shirt too. Remember you can be a little bit more casual. :D

i think the look is fine. You might want to give it a little more personal flavour with a chunky watch and canvas belt in dark blue? i think the undershirt is also part of \"flack\" so try deep v-neck undershirts so that the undershirt doesnt show. folding the sleeves one more fold will also good.
