My work tried to do that too. The problem is they are not flattering on women. I hope you can talk them out of it :-/

I woul rather see (ok, I am a guy) you in a nice black dress, Pearls and slinky black shoes, but for work dull corporate America, good Color, it brings out your Eyes and Smile !

If your employer wants women to wear company shirts with logos they should look into button down. Color is nice

You are fortunate, with your complexion this color is very flattering on you. I personally hate tucking in my shirts, but I do think if you tucked it in it would look better. You could wear black or khaki pants with it, because of the khaki buttons, too.

Why don\'t companies ever offer men\'s and women\'s sizes in their shirts? I\'m in the same boat, but it could be worse; at least it\'s a decent colour.
