Go Try It On.
hi there! sign in?
I just bought this and I'm trying to decide whether to keep it. I don't think it's the most flattering dress for me, but I love the military styling and think if I took it up a couple of inches, it would be cute.

Shortening the hem 2-4 inches would be great - and I agree with the other poster who said a belt would be good. I think the right belt would be really cute. Love your tats!

I think belting it would take it from \"too military\" to perfect.

I say wear it but only if you take it up a bit, and maybe get some shorter boots, wearing short skirts/dresses and tall boots makes your legs look very thick :O

I think you should keep it!! Go and get a wide (military issue) belt from an army/navy surplus store and then instead of the boots you are wearing in the picture, get some that fall just below the knee and with a sexier heel and not so chunky of a toe.....and you have the perfect outfit! ......and if you do that, DON\'T HEM ANYTHING! you want it to be sexy, but not hooker sexy.

Love the dress (even at the length).. not crazy about the boots with it.. they seem too heavy or something to me

Cool dress. maybe add a belt to create a high waist line and and a more feminine shoe (heels...?)

I would hem it to just above the knees, wear it with a simple belt and other shoes. Ankle boots, flats, heels, wedges, anything really, but not high wide boots to something longer than mid-thigh, too much going on.

I think shortening the dress is a good idea. You should keep it because it can be pretty versatile: you can wear it with those boots for a defined military look; you can add some girly jewelry and heels for a more eclectic look; and if the dress buttons in the front (I can\'t really tell from the pic), you could even wear it as a jacket.

if you wore a little pair of flats then it would be just the right amount of military :)

wait! why should i change this?
- this doesn't do you justice
- there's too much going on
- it needs something else
- it's the wrong size
- it's not right for this event
DONE!WHAT DO YOU THINK?
