new shirt - i'm not sure how i feel about the cut-out sleeves. should i keep it? Also, its kind of cold out - what can i wear over it other than a coat?

Love the top and pants togeher. The cut out on the sleeve is cute! Not sure about the shoes. I think the outfit would look great with a peep toe heel. If it\'s cold out I would wear a boot (not tucked in). wear a wrap (pashmina) with color for a bit of contrast.

I like it. Just make sure you are comfortable wearing it. If you have doubts, return it, otherwise it will hang in your closet. I would wear a wrap with this type of top for an evening out.

I don\'t love the cut of this shirt on you, your figure looks better in other photos of you so I wouldn\'t keep the top, stick to things that show more of your neckline. I think the outfit would be cute with a distressed jean jacket

Cute, but I think some peep toe shoes would be more appropriate. The top is awesome but the shoes just seem to be a bit boring for it.

I agree with the comment below that it would look better tucked in to something - you can definitely rock the skinny pants, so maybe even tucked into these jeans if not a pencil skirt.

I like the top but would sex it up a bit with some platform pumps ( maybe even in a contrasting color) and wear a cropped leather jacket to keep you warm...

I also have a hard time loving thse tops but they are on trend so we go with it,,,i like the sleeve..takes away from the fartiness it could have otherwise......,,PS i do not like the shoe with those jeans as ithey make your leg look heavier than it is......try something strappier or gladiatorish

I like the shirt, but unless you live in a place where majority of places have coat checks, (I don\'t & having to carry around a coat is so annoying!) then I would just run from cab to destination. Another option, Nordstrom\'s has these very lightweight cardigans I think in the \"BP/juniors\" dept.

I think a cropped leather jacket would look great. Definitely cropped though so the mismatched lengths would be obviously on purpose. Also, the shoes make the outfit look a little old, maybe try a peep toe or boots.

This top would look great with a black pencil skirt and those shoes. It does remind me of summer due to the print but if you are going to stick with the jeans I would def change up the shoe to open toe with a colorful pedi for some pop and a bright clutch purse like red.

A very cute outfit. The shoes aren\'t really up to the standard of the rest of it, though. Try a more current, more statement-y pair, like a peep toe or a platform. That mid-height heel is too safe for that stylish outfit. As for wearing over it, a wrap is a great way to go.

Great top! A higher heel either peep toe or strappy would look great. You might even go with red. A wrap is your best bet.
