Don\'t roll the jeans for the occasion. I think you can another time or casual event. And I\'d go with the black pumps. But you need some jewelry.

I\'m a guy -- I think the pointy black shoes are hotter!
I don\'t think you should roll the jeans up, that breaks up the line of the leg. Are those jeans long enough?
Also, I think the top is too long, thus making your torso look longer and your legs look shorter. Maybe you could just tsuj it up a little?
Perhaps a pop of color somewhere would go great with this outfit?

I like the pants both ways with those shoes. If it\'s a casual restaurant, roll them up. But the pant down makes your legs look sexy!!!

I prefer pant leg down all the way. Personally I do not care for pointy shoes. I think the beige shoes are elegant.

The Jeans should be rolled down. I am getting mixed messages. The top and feet are dressy, but the jeans seem very casual. Perhaps switch to a darker pair of skinny jeans (no rolling) and then for a pop of colour, wear those beige shoes. Super cute!
