The shorter pair! They make your legs look fantastic, the proportion is MUCH better, you look taller and leaner, and the actual shorts themselves are cuter. All the whiskering make you look about 13 - not to mention the proportion they give you.

I like the longer shorts, but I have to say I do not like the shirt. I agree that you should get something darker and flowy.

Longer shorts, but I am not a fan of the top. It does not flatter your waist. Maybe a blazer? But the volume of the sleeves may make that look weird. I dunno...
