Totally flattering. I wouldn\'t wear a belt at all, your waist is totally defined by the dress already. Some killer dangly earrings and pumps are all you need!

I do not care for the exposed shoulders. I feel you need a jacket to complete this look. Then remove the jacket when you arrive at your destination.. if appropriate. To me, this outfit is better worn out on a summer day; not what to wear for a night out.
