From the skirt up, everything makes sense to me. Below that I\'d like to see a lighter look. Instead of leggings and boots, perhaps something with a heel that would lengthen your leg line.

I do not care for such heavy boots ... I do not care for the tight waist - it pinches yuo in too tight. I\'d prefer your shirt to go just past the elbow. Or wear a jacket...

Wear light tights and high heels- it would draw out your legs. (I don\'t know it\'s correct gramatic ;P) In short, your legs will be optically longer. Otherwise (I don\'t want to offend you) don\'t you think the skirt is too short for your legs?

too much going on here. i think if you lost one of the layers on your legs, it would make the whole look better. all the layers are adding bulk to your frame

I like the way you matched the blue shirt and the skirt, but I think there\'s too much black. Personally, I would ditch the leggings and just wear the boots. Be watchful that the skirt doesn\'t cut into your waist too much - looks slightly constricting right now...

Leggings flatter you, wear with ballet flats and a tunic or cute long T. I like the blue color on you too. The outfit doesn\'t work altogether though

When people wear leggings and a black top under things it looks like they\'re wearing a jumpsuit. And I\'m no too sure about the skirt either the waistband isnt very flattering sorry hun and its kinda kids dress up-y.
