The pants look too tight, and it looks like you want to be a character in Elvis\' Jail House Rock movie... Also the brown shoes do not match the dark color in your shirt.

Personally, I\'m not a fan of horizontal stripes esp. the wide ones; tight pants with that is not very complimemtary. I do like the color combo though

I like the top (colour and style), but I\'m not a fan of white pants on anyone. You could continue on with the nautical theme of the top with some red instead of brown shoes (flats?) and maybe jeans instead.
