I would definitely lose the vest. It looks a bit out of style and does nothing for your figure. I would also get a cute top to go with the pencil skirt - not a t-shirt.

The top and the vest do not go at all with the skirt, it would look a lot better with a dressier top.

I think some dressy silk black shorts and sky high heels would make this awesome. It\'s not a bad look, it just could be made into something even better.
