A dress I got for school. Is it too short? Should I tuck in the sleeves? Any other advice or tips?

you say that you got this for school. it is a good length. but it looks ver dated. it doesn\'t seem like something a school age girl would be wearing. and when i say dated i don\'t mean fashionably bringing back an old fad. it is dated in a way that you don\'t want it to mean.

i don\'t think it\'s too short. and i don\'t think tucking in the sleeves would look very flattering on your arms. it\'s very girly and i say use that to your advantage. be girly with it. i could also see this trasitioning well into the fall with some outer layers and boots and a scarf?

Don\'t be discouraged, wear the dress as pictured with beaded jewelry, simple earrings, and a skinny brown belt. I think it would also look more modern with your hair down. I wish I could jump through my computer screen to steal your dress :-)

It\'s definitely cute (but spring/summery). Do NOT tuck in the sleeves, that would take away from its style. If you are worried about length, wear flats.

I like the dress but maybe for a date, not for school. Maybe you could switch out the belt for a wide leather one (brown?) to give it a little visual punch?

The color\'s definitely wrong for you (trust me, I have the same skin tone) and it looks a little short-waisted for you - that makes it look like it\'s a size too small, even though I think the bodice fits pretty well otherwise.
