Blue dress & shoes are great. Green dress and tights nice but perhaps a bit too casual. Lose the red tights and go with the short skirt, if you dare!

1 - yes but ditch the sunnies, 2 - red, blue & black dont go, ditch the leggings and cardi and it\'ll look hot, 3 - ditch leggings and the colour would be nicer in black
