Skirt from some place in Germany.
1. Blue doesn\'t go too well with the skirt 2. Skirt is unflattering where it is placed on your body. My advice: White tshirt, place skirt directly under your bust, put wide leather belt over top of skirt, add a statement necklace, and you\'re all set! Just needs some color change and some detail ;)
