Necklaces are Target and Cookie lee. Ive had them awhile, The dress is actually a skirt and tank. I would add a belt and red pumps if I had some. I am on a tiiiiight budget and I have lost weight, so I mix and match alot of the same pieces. Cabi tank I\'ve had for years, target skirt from over a year ago, I folded the waist to make it a bit shorter, my same vintage sweater and inexpensive ($23) heels...

red shoes would be fabulous. subtle jewellry is also key to working a bright cardigan with a printed skirt/dress. other than that--great choice.
