J crew top with Gap jeans and Bannanna republic belt.
The top looks a little old and outdated for you. Try a more flattering cut. I think flats or cute gladiators would look nice for shoes.

untuck the shirt and unbutton the shirt and wear a tank underneath with some flats for shoes

I\'d swap the top for a loose-fitting singlet or T-shirt that can be tucked in, and wear some gladiator-type sandals that pick up the brown in the belt. A chunky bangle or ring would be great too.
