The proportions are not right here and the normal tie length is a tip-off. Fashionably short jackets (it ends at the base of the thumb instead of somewhere between the tip and the first joint) and low rise pants do not mix. The waist should be at least at the level of the pockets on the jacket (when you button it, it will seem even shorter). Otherwise, the excess shirt showing makes the stomach pop...

Number 1 looks better for some reason... I do like the mix of these colors, the pants in number 1 look nice!

chris, I hear you, thanks. I just rolled out of bed and threw this on. Tie isn\'t the right length and I need to tighten my build and pull my pants up, they aren\'t really low rise.

Make sure your tie touches your belt. A Navy blazer would be better. #1 is the better of the two but a no-button down shirt is better. A solid tie would be better. The tie shoes will really matter on this one. Ur vry handsome and it will work with a few tweaks.
