How old are you? The answer to that would affect my comments about the skirt length. The top half is cute. The straps on the shoes are distracting. They kind of cut you off and make your legs look shorter.

I think it kind of looks like a Harry Potter costume. The best thing about it is the tie, which could totally be worn with some leather and jeans.
