I think its really cute for a weekend or brunch but there is a lot going on and you might want to do something more simple and streamlined for a work thing.

Way too much. You look skinny from the waist down, and way bigger on the top because of too much layers. Layering is good, just don\'t go over board.

Basically too much going on. Ever heard of \"less is more\"? That applies here.Get rid of the scarf, change the shoes to something casual yet not slouchy. Maybe some fancier/fashion sneakers if that\'s what u like. With this outfit we can\'t look at you, just your busy outfit. Don\'t hide in it. You\'re pretty. Show it.

If you work at the Gap or clothing store, fine, but not in the office. Jacket and scarf are good, but not with the shoes and jeans.

like the idea, but suggest trying the look with dark pants...grey or black. Also what about pairing it wih a wedge shoe?

This could be way more chic with a black pant and heels or pointed toe flats. Even if you keep the pink pants, I would probably lose the sneakers.

i actually like the scarf. i would suggest layering the scarf another time, uncuffing the jeans, and throwing on a basic black flat. that way it looks more simple and not as bulky. if your office is casual, with those changes, i think your outfit will look much better!
