Is the bottom of the top sewn into a ruffled pleat? If yes, no. If no, yes. I like the cinching on the blazer.

I think the shirt is a little too long - it\'s kind of in \"am I a dress or a shirt?\" territory. Overall it\'s totally fine, though I might sub out a slightly shorter top. (Just slightly - not too short!)
