Go Try It On.

I'm the date of a groomsmen (?) and I've only met the bride once. I haven't seem the guy who invited me for a year because I moved away for temorary work. The dress is too short and I'm tall. What do I do? I got it at a thrift store. Please look at the other choice! I need help! (shoes as well, I'm 2" taller than him)

This is more a bridesmaid or prom dress than it is a guests dress, it seems alittle too formal

not a fan of this one....very high school prom like...the yellow one is more sophistocated

I like the back on this one. If it were much shorter (say, on the knee) it would be very cool.

Too formal for a guest and not a bridesmaid..very nice on you, but do not think it is appropriate for a guest.

Don\'t wear this dress. You are the date of a groomsman which means you want to look great but dont want to stick out too much. You have a great body but this dress is just too much and not flattering at all

not flattering at all. go with the yellow dress, much more simple and wedding appropriate

I like this dress better than the other one, though that one is cute too (for both: add some accessories/jewelry, but don\'t try to look better than the/a bride ;)) You shouldn\'t wear heels with this dress if it\'s too short already (+ you will look like a giant next to the groomsman if you do ;D)

I like the style of the other dress better but don\'t care for the color....this color is more flattering to your skin tone but looks too \"prom-y\". I would take it to a tailor and see how it would look if it were shortened (and maybe taken in along the skirt so it looks more like a sheath)...you don\'t want to end up looking like you\'re wearing a cut-off bridesmaid\'s dress but if it...

guys don\'t really mind you being taller ....but, maybe wear some shoes that don\'t add another 2 inches to the height difference!
