yes, jacket looks great..would brighten up the outfit with jewelry..like a gold long necklace (more than one) and perhaps a chunky wide gold cuff bracelet.

The outfit needs some color. I would change the tee underneath to a solid color, or even a white one. Or if you are set on the black shirt maybe try a long read beaded necklace.

But Skirt and T-shirt seem a little unfit ! I mean you should change them to something more beautiful such as bright ones (white , light blue)

I like the whole look just the way it is. All you need is either gold or silver accessories. Add whatever is your favorite. Either one would work well with this outfit.

I think the jacket goes with the outfit, but for accessories I would stay with gold. A watch would be nice, a long necklace, a bracelet.
I think the leggings should also be dark brown to match the top.

This is very cute! It leaves you with lot of opportunity for accessorizing, i would go for a bold layered necklace or some large earrings and a cuff bracelet.
