Everything seems too baggy. The top could work if the skirt fit a little close to the body, to offset the sleeves. I\'m also not a big fan of the boots. Perhaps if there was also not so much room around the ankles.

The shirt reminds me of the Seinfeld \'puffy shirt\'. I like the skirt and tights. You need to wear shoes that are more business-like. Also, be sure to wear your hair up.
