Looks great but I agree with maybe reconsidering the scarf in the summertime! What about a nice funky necklace (maybe one that falls above the neckline?)

I think the scarf is just a little bulky for that dress - but a different scarf (or not scarf) would be great. Definitely age-appropriate!

Scarf should be looser if you are going to wear it. Seems a bit heavy on top with the sandles though. I would lose the scarf or change the shoes and keep the scarf (but wear it looser)

I think the dress and necklace and sandles are nice.. I would haowever just wear it without the scarf. It looks to busy with your neckalce. But very age appropriate!
