the patterns clash a little bit... separately they would be nice, or you can combine one item with a solid color of the other item. (solid shirt, patterned tie, vice versa)

It doesn\'t look like the shirt fits. It looks to be pulling at your neck like it isn\'t buttoned. If you are wearing a tie, you must have the top button buttoned (unless you are going for the loose tie after work kind of look). I actually don\'t mind the print of the tie with the stripe of the shirt. You could wear a grey suit/sportcoat and pull it all together.

Straighten the tie! Also, the tie colors look not so good with the shirt colors...but either one might look good w. something else.

The patterns do not go together. With that shirt, try a solid pale pink tye or a solid gray one.
