I think no belt- or maybe a thinner belt? What about tying the ends in a knot? could be cute..

The shirt is too long/big. Maybe a thinner belt like the other reviewer suggested. Also, you look like your bod is tight...shorten that shirt, add a thinner belt and show off that shape, girl!
