The skirt/belt combo is cute and shows off your tiny waist. But I think a solid top is in order, and maybe necklace instead of the brooch.

I love the idea of this, and I think mixing navy and black can work but I think this might be a little much going on... I love mixing patterns but in this case I would do a solid belt and lose the brooch. The skirt is so adorable though!

It\'s hard to tell what all is connected, lol. Could you wear a black tank under the black sweater instead of the white? The white bit is what makes it look sorta odd.
