That outfit is very chick! The camisole underneath adds some color. Instead of the skirt, you should wear skinny jeans paired with high heels or boots.

I like the top and the skirt, but since you need the shirt under, the white it kind of cuts you in half. Maybe try a black undershirt instead so that the bottom will be one smooth silhouette. Also, I would try pumps with this or a pair of heeled booties.
