i love the sweetheart neckline! so much! i think you should wear your hair up in a loose bun. for jewelry i would wear a chunky bracelet on one arm and an oversized ring on the opposite hand. if you\'re matchy i would advise lighter and darker blue accessories with silver, if you like to mix things up pick a deep red or a pale yellow with gold.
