Skirt is navy/black. Top is white with a babycap sleeve and vitorican inspired front. I am wearing navy tights and a small heel. I work on my feet all day even though I work in an office that is business causal. I have jewerly picked out already, a ring from Target and a long basic necklace with a little sparkle to it.

I feel like the skirt consumes you-- you are a tiny lady, so maybe try a smaller skirt (not necessarily short) just something that isn\'t as wide... I feel like a pencil cut would look great on you! http://bit.ly/9y2kmP

If you hiked up the skirt to your natural waist, it would definitely show of your tiny waist and give you a fifties sort of flare. And I agree that if it\'s for work, you should wear a little blazer or cardigan or something in a similar color to the skirt.

Ditch the tights or change for something more sheer. Maybe just plain pumps with a lower heel - I don\'t like the t-bar shoes, especially if they are shiny.

Too heavy from the waist down. A more sheer tight may fix this. Or try another top. Charcoal, perhaps? The white is too stark of a contrast for me.

A little jacket or shorter cardi in either black or a jewel color would balance your top with the full skirt and opaque tights. Or perhaps this look, but with a long sleeve top? Thick tights and full skirt says \"cool weather\" but the top says \"spring/summer\".

get nude tights, so people can see LEGS, otherwise, they blend in and there is no statement, otherwise just fine.
