Anthropologie reversible seamless tank, Old Navy skirt, American Eagle cardigan, Old Navy peep-toe flats.
The same, but with a New York & Company belt.
I like the belt but would put it outside the cardigan to give the whole shape.

I agree with Nicole D. and Alexa F. Also, it will look cute to not actually put the belt through the belt buckle, wrap part of the end around the belt and let it hang a little i.e.
