Outfit number one looks a bit like you\'re playing naughty secretary, whereas the cropped pants of outfit number three are just too casual. Number two is the best choice.

I like 1 it is more classic. Two is nice but the hem on the pants looks puckery

Oooooo, tough choice between 1 and 2. Both look great! Pick out a nice necklace though. Definitely not 3 though. The crop pants and flats are way too casual.

Number three is so amazing! I love the proportions and the shoes are just perfect! Number one is very cute and very classic. Number one is cute, but a bit boring, but if you choose it, since it is so traditional, be sure to wear a belt. My only bit of advice would be to try blousing your shirt just a little so it looks a bit more flattering. Just untuck it a tiny, tiny bit!

you look more professional and comfortable in 1, 2 looks like the pants need to be tailored, 3 is bad

Two is my absolute favorite! The shirt and trousers look amazing on you - you\'ll knock them dead at your interview. But I think the leopard peep-toes would work well with #2 as well and give you a bit more personality!

First interview? Second interview?

I like #1, but the shoes are not appropriate. Wear closed toe pumps (navy or black). Think conservative. I like #2 as well, but I tend to wear pants on a second itnterview. I wouldn\'t wear #3. In any case, I\'d be sure to wear a matching jacket for either #1 or #2.
