Dress is too short. You need something that covers your thighs, as this length is unflattering. A dress that is a few inches longe would look better.

Its a weird length! umm blue jeans or jean shorts maybe? not sure black goes with the top. id also change the shoes to sandles and the bag to brown leather over the shoulder.

This might be the one appropriate outfit for jeggings, because your bits are covered by the top but the footless tights are way too sheer for that short a top.

I agree, the leggings are too sheer for a sohort top, they should be worn with a longer dress. And I would pair the top with jeans.
