With the belt or no? First day of school.. Had to re-create an outfit because of weather. Skinny jeans and boots just wont cut it this time.. (Shirt has wrinkles, you can see my bra straps, and my belt isn't centered. I know. But you get the point). All opinions welcome, (:

If the shirt wasn\'t banded on the bottom, I\'d say \"with\" - but because of the band on the bottom, I say \"without\". What shoes are you going to wear?

The shoes are a pair of black flats with some small white polka dots on them and a white ribbon bow. I got them from payless.
They sound weird when I describe them, but I think they\'re fine..

WITH WITH WITH THE BELT!! It pulls you in, adds structure and is very interesting to look at! I love the bow too! Red, Black and White gets my approval.

I really like the belt, but it makes the outfit look a little too cutesy. I suggest going with a long chunky necklace instead :)
