Like it, but if the dress were a bit shorter (maybe 3-4 inches) it would really balance you out well. I agree with the comments about adding a belt too, accentuate your figure!

And if you don\'t wear a cardigan or jacket, try replacing the black tank with a black t-shirt to cover the shoulders/upper arms. Then you could really wear it to work.

The black thing (the H&M tank?) looks like an undergarment peeking out. I don\'t think that\'s work appropriate. I think you should try a cami with a straight neckline instead of this sweetheart/v-neck style.

If you add a black waisted belt, I think it would really accentuate (sp?) your hourglass shape.
