The office I work in is super casual...the women here are like second moms and stress that whatever we wear to class should be worn to the office; they don\'t want us to be uncomfortable or to rush home to change. My boss says that she wants prospective students to get a REAL feel of what students look like on campus, and so we are told to wear what we would always wear. Thanks for the feedback!

No. for an admissions ofc, you want to look a bit better -- that is, if you want the parents of the applicants to like the school. you should look better dressed, nothing that short, and not a sloppy top like that one. you definitely look attractive, just inapprop.

Initially I thought it was too casual for work but I\'ve read the comments and your update so I guess it is ok. The outfit looks fine but the colors are so blah but then again I\'m just not a fan of grey. You have a great figure - brighten up clothes a bit.

normally, i would say too casual for work, but since you\'re school age working at the school, this is probably good, since you aren\'t sacrificing age-appropriate style for a good work-look (case in point, the shirt)
p.s. to everyone saying the shorts are pretty short, they\'re actually really long compared to some of the things teenagers wear today, especially to a school thing. give it a break
